Blocking Undesireable Content

Tags are actually applied as classes on Soup as "tag-[name]". So, you can not only block any tag using an ad blocker such as Ad Block Plus, but also customize how posts with certain tags should look.

To do it the CSS way add something like:

.tag-[name], .tag-[name] {
display: none;
}

to your custom CSS as a comma separated list (like shown). This will only work while viewing site content from your own page though.

Conversely, if you wanted to highlight certain tagged posts, you could do something like:

.tag-[name] {
background-color: red;
}
